Shipping policy

Where we ship 

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We are not yet able to fulfil international orders.


Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order leaves us, including your Royal Mail tracking number.


How we ship

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 in large letter format and typically arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch. Every order is tracked.

Shipping is £2.99 per order. Orders totalling £45 or more qualify for complimentary shipping — applied automatically at checkout, no code required.

Estimated delivery times are guidance from Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.


Packaging

All orders are packaged to protect the pieces in transit and are sized to fit through a standard UK large letterbox.


If your order is delayed or lost

We are not liable for delays once your order has been collected by Royal Mail. If your tracking shows no movement after 10 working days, please contact us at info@soleillevant.co, and we will investigate with the carrier.

If your order is confirmed lost in transit by Royal Mail, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.


Delivery address

You can enter a delivery address that differs from your billing address at checkout.

If you need to change your delivery address after ordering, email info@soleillevant.co with your order number as soon as possible. We can update the address up until the point the order is collected by Royal Mail. Once collected, address changes are no longer possible.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.


Missed deliveries and returned parcels

If you are not in when Royal Mail attempts delivery, a card will be left with instructions for collection or redelivery. Parcels held at a Royal Mail delivery office are usually retained for 18 calendar days before being returned to the sender.

If an order is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery postage is payable by the customer.


Choosing a delivery date

We are not currently able to offer nominated-day delivery — delivery timing is determined by Royal Mail.


Risk and ownership

Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once full payment has been received and the order has been dispatched.
