14-day cancellation right

You may cancel any order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Contact us at info@soleillevant.co to initiate a return.

Hygiene exception: earrings removed from their sealed packaging and worn are not eligible for return under the cancellation right for hygiene reasons. This exception is disclosed on each product page and at checkout before purchase.

To qualify for a return under the cancellation right, items must be:
- Unworn
- In original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of notifying us


Return 

Unless an item is faulty or misdescribed, return postage is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked service; we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Original delivery costs are refunded only where the full order is returned.


Faulty or misdescribed items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a full refund (the "short-term right to reject"). We will arrange return postage and refund any original outbound delivery costs.

Beyond 30 days, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 continue to apply. Contact us and we will assess any fault; depending on the circumstances we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
